Terms of User／利用規約 (Global Maritime Japan)

Article 1 (General Provisions) These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the paid news distribution service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by https://maritime-bridge.jp/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) agree to these Terms and shall use the Service accordingly.

Article 2 (Definitions) The terms used in these Terms shall be defined as follows:

第8条（契約解除・退会）

  1. ユーザーは、当サイトが定める方法により退会手続きを行うことで、本サービスの利用を終了できます。
  2. 当サイトは、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前通知なしに本サービスの利用を停止または契約を解除できるものとします。

第9条（免責事項）

  2. システム障害、通信環境、その他の理由により、本サービスの提供が中断されることがありますが、これによる損害について当サイトは責任を負いません。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

  1. 本規約の解釈・適用には、日本法を準拠法とします。
  2. 本サービスに関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。
