Blossom International Shipping and Offshore Pte Ltd (hereafter “Blossom”), headquartered in Singapore, is stepping up its efforts to establish ship management partnerships with Japanese vessel owners. With over 20 years since its founding, the company has built a broad portfolio spanning FSO/FPSO conversions, vessel design, and operational management.
