One of the world’s largest Japanese shipowners accelerates shift to a next-generation fleet

Econowind, the Dutch pioneer in wind-assisted propulsion, has announced that Japanese shipowner Nissen Kaiun (headquartered in Hakata, Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, President Katsuya Abe) has taken a stake in the company, becoming a shareholder.

オランダの風力補助推進の先駆者エコノウィンド（Econowind）はこのほど、日本の大手船主である日鮮海運（Nissen Kaiun、本社・愛媛県今治市伯方町、阿部克也社長、President, Katsuya Abe）がエコノウィンドに出資、株主となったことを明らかにした。
