“Active Promotion of DX and Strengthened Human Resource Development”, ¥165 billion Investment Including Methanol Dual-Fuel Capesize

「DXを積極推進、人材育成も強化」、メタノールDFケープなど1,650億円投資

NS United Kaiun Kaisha marked the 15th anniversary of its establishment on 1 October 2025. Under its medium-term management plan “FORWARD 2030 II”, launched in fiscal year 2024, the company intends to invest a total of ¥165 billion over six years in the construction of the world’s first methanol dual-fuel Capesize vessel, an LPG carrier capable of transporting ammonia, as well as the replacement of existing vessels.

→ Having reached its 15th anniversary on 1 October, the company relocated its head office on the same day from the long-familiar “Otemachi First Square West Tower” to the “Otemachi Place East Tower”.

→ President Kazuma Yamanaka stated, “In the new single-floor office, we will actively make use of DX. By having all staff across the entire Group work together on the same floor, we aim to demonstrate even greater teamwork and build a new stage for the NS United Kaiun Kaisha Group.”

「DXを積極推進、人材育成も強化」、メタノールDFケープなど1,650億円投資

NSユナイテッド海運は2025年10月1日に設立15周年を迎えた。2024年度から開始した中期経営計画「FORWARD 2030Ⅱ」では、ケープサイズでは世界初となるメタノール二元燃料船、アンモニア積載可能なLPG船の建造や既存船への入れ替えに6年間で総額1,650億円を投資する計画だ。

→10月1日付で設立15周年を迎えた同社は同日付で、長らく親しんだ「大手町ファーストスクエア ウエストタワー」から「大手町プレイス イーストタワー」へ本社を移転した。
