K Line said on the 23rd that, on the night of the 22nd, the dry bulk carrier DEVON BAY (56,095 deadweight tonnes, IMO number 9622849), owned by its wholly owned Singapore-based subsidiary K Line Pte Ltd (KLPL), transmitted a distress signal while navigating the South China Sea en route from Zamboanga port in the Philippines to Yangjiang port in China.

　川崎汽船は23日、22日夜、同社が100%出資するシンガポールの現地法人KLPLが保有するドライバルク船「DEVON BAY（デボン・ベイ、56,095重量トン、IMO番号9622849、三井造船〈現・三井E&S〉玉野事業所建造、2013年竣工）」が、フィリピン・ザンボアンガ港から中国・陽江（Yangjiang）港に向け南シナ海を航行中に遭難信号を発信したと発表した。

この記事のポイント
