Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) announced on 30 January that its board of directors, at a meeting held on 30 January, approved a new executive officer structure effective 1 April 2026, as well as the planned post–annual general meeting structure of directors and audit and supervisory board members following the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026.

　商船三井（橋本剛CEO）は30日、1月30日開催の取締役会で、2026年4月1日付の執行役員体制、6月25日開催予定の定時株主総会後の取締役・監査役体制を決定したと発表した。

→執行役員の昇格では、一田朋聡、平田浩一、竹崎弘倫、杉山正幸の4名が専務執行役員に昇格した。いずれも常務執行役員として主要事業・機能を統括してきた人材で、今後はより広範な戦略判断とグローバル経営の中核を担う。
