On February 24, 2026, China’s Ministry of Commerce added 20 Japanese companies and organisations to its export control list for dual-use items and implemented the measure on the same day.

日本の舶用機器の輸出は回避も注視が必要

　中国商務省は2026年2月24日、日本の20社・団体を軍民両用品（デュアルユース品）の輸出禁止リストに追加し、同日から適用した。

この記事のポイント

→対象には三菱造船、三菱重工マリンマシナリ、三菱重工エンジン＆ターボチャージャ、IHI原動機、ジャパンマリンユナイテッド（JMU）など、造船および舶用機器分野に関わる企業が含まれる。

→舶用機器メーカーにとっては素材調達と生産計画への影響が最大の懸念材料となる。民間商船建造そのものへの直接的打撃は限定的との見方もあるが、部材供給の不透明化は無視できない。中国造船所が日本メーカーの舶用機器を輸入する行為自体は、今回の措置では直接制限されていない。
