A new company, NYK Energy Ocean (NEO), was established in April 2025, with NYK holding an 80 percent stake and ENEOS Ocean the remaining 20 percent.

　日本郵船が80％、ENEOSオーシャンが20％を出資する新会社「NYKエナジーオーシャン（NEO）」が2025年4月に発足した。
