MOL announced on February 27, 2026 that it has invested in “Logicross Hai Phong”, a rental warehouse development project being promoted by Mitsubishi Estate in Hai Phong City in northern Vietnam.

→ This marks the first time for MOL to own rental warehouses in Vietnam. The equity ratio will be 50 per cent for Mitsubishi Estate and 50 per cent for MOL. The investment amount will be approximately $16 million (approximately Y2.5 billion).

　商船三井は2026年2月27日、三菱地所がベトナム北部ハイフォン市で推進する賃貸倉庫開発事業「Logicross Hai Phong」に出資参画したと発表した。

この記事のポイント

→ベトナムで賃貸倉庫を保有するのは商船三井として初めてで、出資比率は三菱地所50%、商船三井50%。出資額は約1,600万ドル（約25億円）となる。

→三井グループの中核である商船三井が、同じく三菱グループの中核である三菱地所と海外不動産で対等出資して組む形は、系列をまたぐ協業としても目を引く。経営計画「BLUE ACTION 2035」が掲げる市況耐性の強い収益基盤づくりの一環と位置づける。
