Board Unchanged, Emphasis Placed on Swift Decision-Making by Business Segment

取締役は異動なし、事業別の迅速な意思決定を重視

NYK on 29 January announced its board and executive officer structure effective from 1 April 2026. There will be no changes to the board, with neither new appointments nor retirements, and the current structure will be maintained. As appointments of executive officers are not subject to resolutions at the shareholders’ meeting, the announcement formally finalises the company’s director and executive management structure from April onward.

日本郵船、4月1日付役員・執行役員体制を決定

取締役は異動なし、事業別の迅速な意思決定を重視

　日本郵船は29日、2026年4月1日以降の役員および執行役員体制を発表した。取締役については新任、退任ともに異動はなく、現行体制を維持する。一方、執行役員体制は株主総会の決議事項ではないため、今回の発表をもって4月以降の取締役・執行体制が正式に確定した。

４月1日以降の経営会議体制は、取締役会長の長澤仁志（Hitoshi Nagasawa）氏、代表取締役社長の曽我貴也（Takaya Soga）氏、代表取締役副社長の河野晃（Akira Kono）氏、取締役専務執行役員の鈴木康修（Yasunobu Suzuki）氏を中心に、専務・常務執行役員が事業本部長および機能統括として参画する構成となる。
