In the early hours of 20 February 2026, a fire broke out aboard the passenger vessel “WORLD LEGACY” (Liberian flag, IMO 8020642, 271 passengers), built in 1982, off Singapore, resulting in the death of one Indonesian crew member.

　2026年2月20日未明、シンガポール沖で1982年竣工の旅客船「WORLD LEGACY」（リベリア船籍、IMO 8020642、乗客271人）に火災が発生し、インドネシア国籍の乗組員1人が死亡した。
