According to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) passenger ferry, the MV Trisha Kerstin 3, believed to be registered in Kiribati, sank in the early hours of the 26th local time on an inter-island route in the southern Philippines.
