The security framework for commercial vessels in the Black Sea is being destabilised. On the night of 28 November (local time), the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Ukrainian Navy carried out a joint operation using the maritime unmanned vehicle “Sea Baby”, attacking two crude oil tankers belonging to the “shadow fleet” operated by Russia to evade sanctions, off the coast of Turkey.

　黒海の商船安全体制が揺らいでいる。11月28日夜（現地時間）、ウクライナ保安庁（SBU）とウクライナ海軍は、海上無人機「シー・ベイビー」を用いた共同作戦を実施し、ロシアが制裁回避のために運用する“影の船団”所属の原油タンカー2隻をトルコ沿岸沖で攻撃した。
