Blue-C AS, based in Oslo, Norway, is a public relations and communications agency specialised in the maritime industries, particularly shipping and offshore. The company provides end-to-end services ranging from corporate communications strategy and media relations to the creation of English-language content, drawing on its strength in highly technical industrial domains. With deep links to the European maritime cluster, the agency has built a solid track record in PR support for international exhibitions and maritime events, including serving as press office for Nor-Shipping.

→ This time, Maritime Bridge Japan took part for the first time in the “2025 Singapore Press Tour”, organised by Blue-C from 11 to 13 November. The three-day programme began with a visit to “Team Norway”, based in Singapore, and included intensive meetings and tours with StormGeo, Oceanbird, Singapore Shipping Association, NAVTOR, SMDERI, Wilhelmsen Group, Ride Marine EV, a 3D printing facility, Metizoft, the Global Center for Maritime Decarbonisation, and DNV.

→ In this first instalment, the article introduces the tour from the “Team Norway” segment. A total of eight participants joined the tour, including Singapore-based journalists from TradeWinds, Lloyd’s List and Platts, as well as professional freelance writer Charlie Bartlett, who regularly contributes to numerous UK newspapers. 　Blue-C AS（ノルウェー・オスロ）は海運・オフショア分野を筆頭に海事産業に特化した広報・コミュニケーション代理店である。同社は企業の広報戦略立案からメディア対応、英文コンテンツ制作まで一貫して手がけ、技術用語を伴う専門領域に強みを持つ。欧州海運クラスターとの結びつきも深く、Nor-Shippingのプレスオフィス業務を担うなど、国際展示会や海事イベントのPR支援で実績を積み上げてきた。
