The Japan Fair Trade Commission announced on the 18th that it has approved Imabari Shipbuilding, Japan’s largest shipbuilder, to acquire a 60% stake in Japan Marine United (JMU).

　公正取引委員会は18日、国内造船最大手の今治造船によるジャパンマリンユナイテッド（JMU）株式の60%取得を承認したと発表した。
