MOL and K Line said on 19 August that they had each announced the expansion of the Kobe International Container Terminal (KICT) at the Port of Kobe and its new operating structure. KICT will extend its total quay length from 1,050 metres to 1,750 metres and expand from three berths to four.

　商船三井（MOL）と川崎汽船（K Line）は8月19日、神戸港の神戸国際コンテナターミナル（KICT）の拡張と新たな運営体制についてそれぞれ発表した。KICTは岸壁の総延長を従来の1,050mから1,750mへ延ばし、3バースから4バース体制に拡大する。
