Strengthens Sharing of Safety Management Practices Across Japan and Overseas

　NYK held the 22nd NYK Fleet Safety Promotion Conference in July at its Tokyo headquarters in Chiyoda Ward and in Imabari, Ehime Prefecture. More than 320 participants from 113 domestic and overseas shipowners, ship management companies and other partner organisations attended the conference in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.

　In addition to its domestic safety promotion activities, NYK held a Dry Bulk Safety Conference in Greece in January this year, advancing the sharing of safety management practices with partners both in Japan and overseas.

　日本郵船は7月、東京都千代田区の本店と愛媛県今治市で「第22回NYKフリート安全推進会議」を開催した。国内外の船主や船舶管理会社など延べ113社・320人以上が対面とオンラインを組み合わせたハイブリッド形式で参加。

　

日本郵船は国内での安全推進活動に加え、今年1月にはギリシャでも安全実務者会議を開催しており、日本と海外双方で安全管理体制の共有を進めている。
